Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 September 2026
1. Who you are agreeing with
School PMis operated by Mordechai Wolfson, an individual based in Israel (“we”, “us”). By requesting an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app — the demo and the guide are open to you regardless and require no agreement.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are approved individually. Asking for one does not entitle you to one, and an account may be refused without a reason being given.
- You must give an email address that works. It is how a password reset reaches you, and there is no other recovery route.
- Your password is yours to protect. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- One account is for one person. Do not share it.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, and at least 16.
3. Paid access
Access is sold per term and collected by hand, by Bit or bank transfer. There is no card on file, no subscription with a payment provider, and nothing that charges you automatically.
- Your access runs to a date, which the administrator sets when payment arrives.
- When that date passes you are not locked out and nothing is deleted. Your account first keeps working normally.
- You are warned inside the app before anything changes, and the warning starts a grace period.
- Only after that grace period does the account become read-only: you can still open every view and export everything, but you cannot make changes until access is renewed.
- Renewing restores full use immediately.
Because payment is manual and per term, there are no automatic refunds. If something has gone wrong — you paid twice, or lost access you had paid for — write to schoolpm.app@gmail.com and it will be sorted out.
4. What you may not do
- Break into, probe, or overload the service, or try to reach another account's data.
- Use it to store or send anything unlawful, or anything that infringes somebody else's rights.
- Resell access, or run it as a service for other people.
- Automate against it in a way that degrades it for others.
- Misrepresent the app as your own work, or as endorsed by an institution that has not endorsed it.
An account may be suspended immediately if it is doing any of these. Suspension withdraws access; it does not delete your data, and reinstating an account gives it back.
5. Your content
What you put in stays yours. We claim no ownership of your tasks, courses, notes or grades, and no licence to them beyond what is needed to run the service for you — storing them, showing them back to you, and syncing them to your Google Calendar if you asked for that.
We do not read your boards. The administration screens are built so they cannot: an administrator can manage accounts but has no code path that opens somebody else's database.
6. Google Calendar
Connecting is optional. What the app does with the permissions you grant is set out in the Privacy Policy, and you can withdraw them at any time from Settings or from your Google account.
Your use of Google Calendar itself is between you and Google, on their terms. If Google changes its API, its pricing or its verification rules, features that depend on it may have to change.
7. The Assistant
The Assistant runs on an API key you supply and pay for. We do not resell access to it and we do not have a shared key.
- Whatever your key is charged is between you and Anthropic.
- Board content is sent to Anthropic when you use it — see the Privacy Policy. If that is not acceptable to you, do not add a key.
- It can create, change and delete tasks on your board when you ask it to. Check what it did; it is a tool, not an authority.
- Nothing it outputs is advice you should rely on for anything that matters academically.
8. Keep your own backups
This is a small tool run by one person, not an enterprise service with an operations team. It takes automatic backups and can email you a full export weekly, and Settings → Backup & restore → Export everything gives you the lot in one file at any moment.
Please use it. Data loss is unlikely but it is not impossible, and an export you already have is worth more than any promise on this page.
9. Availability
There is no uptime guarantee. The app depends on Vercel, Turso and Google, and can be interrupted by any of them, by maintenance, or by a mistake. Features may change or be withdrawn. If a change would lose your data or take away something you paid for, you will be told first.
10. No warranty, and the limit of what we owe you
The app is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. It is a planning tool: it does not guarantee that you will meet a deadline, pass an exam, or that a calculated date is the right one to act on. Check your own deadlines against your institution.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the app is limited to what you actually paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Ending it
By you
Delete your account whenever you like, from Settings → Delete this account. It is immediate and permanent, and no refund follows automatically from it.
By us
An account may be suspended or closed for a breach of section 4, or if the service is discontinued. If the service is discontinued you will be given reasonable notice and time to export your data.
12. Changes to these terms
The date at the top changes whenever these terms do. Material changes are announced inside the app before taking effect. Continuing to use the app after that is how you accept them; if you do not, delete your account.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove any consumer right you have under the law of the country you live in.
