Free for everyone
Plan a semester the way projects are planned
Every assignment, exam and course on one timeline — with dependencies, a critical path, and your Google Calendar kept in step.
Every planning feature is free — no card, no trial, no time limit. Or try the demo first, no account needed.
Try it first
See the whole thing before you sign up
The demo opens a real, populated workspace — a semester of assignments with their dependencies, and a degree plan with its prerequisites. Open every view, follow every link, export the board.
It is shared and read-only: nothing you change is saved, so it stays presentable for whoever opens it next.
What it does
Four views onto the same term
List
Course, status, urgency, dates and time estimates in one table. The “start by” column is worked backwards from the exam, so you can see what has slack and what does not.
Gantt
Drag one bar and everything that depends on it moves too. Save a baseline at the start of term and compare it against where things actually went.
Calendar
Month, week and day. Overlay whichever Google calendars you choose, so lectures and shifts sit beside the work you scheduled.
Course map
Prerequisites drawn as a graph, credits counted as you earn them, and every course you are actually ready to take marked as ready.
Also included
- All of it free, for as long as you use it
- Reminders a week out, three days out, and on the day
- English and Hebrew, laid out properly in both
- Installs on a phone like an app
- Export everything, in one file, whenever you like
Optional add-on
Let Claude read the syllabus for you
The AI assistant is the one paid part of School PM. Upload a syllabus, an assignment sheet or a course plan, and it reads every page, finds every deadline, and builds the plan on your board with you.
- Reads PDFs, Word, Excel and photos — however long
- Creates, reschedules and links tasks on your real board
- Pay for what you use, with a meter that always shows what's left
Everything else on this page is free, whether you add the assistant or not.
Works with Claude
Use School PM inside Claude
Connect Claude — on the web, on your computer or on your phone — to your boards. Ask what's due, hand it a syllabus, and it creates and reschedules your tasks.
Included with every paid plan, from ₪7 a month (Your own key). It uses no assistant credits and needs no Anthropic key: Claude runs on your own Claude account.

Three steps
Put the term in
Add your courses and what each one needs. Or import a board you already keep somewhere else.
Link what depends on what
Draw the dependencies. The critical path is worked backwards from each exam date.
Keep it in step
Connect Google Calendar and the schedule syncs both ways. Reminders arrive by email and on your phone.
Permissions
What connecting Google Calendar actually does
Connecting is optional, and you can disconnect at any time.
Disconnect from Settings at any time, or from your Google account’s permissions page.
- Creates one calendar in your Google account, called School PM, and writes the work you schedule here into it.
- Keeps your tasks and their School PM events in step both ways, within seconds: move or rename an event in Google Calendar and the task follows; change a task here and its event follows. Events you add yourself in Google Calendar, on School PM or your main calendar, are shown here as Google events, never turned into tasks; clicking one opens it in Google Calendar. The app only reads your main calendar, it never changes it.
- Reads the list of your calendars, so you can choose which of them to show beside your work.
- Reads events from the calendars you choose to overlay, in order to display them. It never creates, changes or deletes anything on them.
Those are the only permissions the app asks you for. It cannot share a calendar, cannot delete one, and cannot write to any calendar except the one it made.
Email from School PM arrives from School PM’s own address, not from anybody’s personal mailbox. That account grants one permission — to send mail — and it is never asked of you.
Your data stays yours
Every account gets its own separate database. One person’s boards, tasks and Google connection are never in the same table as anybody else’s.
There is a guide, and it fits on one page
Setting up, using it day to day, and what happens to your data — in English and Hebrew.
