Use School PM inside Claude
Connect Claude — on the web, on your computer or on your phone — to your boards. Ask what's due, hand it a syllabus, and it creates and reschedules your tasks.
Included with every paid plan, from ₪7 a month (Your own key). It uses no assistant credits and needs no Anthropic key: Claude runs on your own Claude account.

Credits
You always know what you're spending
A credit is a fixed slice of what the assistant costs to run. Each reply is charged what it actually used, and the cost of every reply is shown next to it.

- Auto chooses for you: Haiku for quick questions, Sonnet for planning and files. Opus, the most capable, is used only when you pick it.
- Files cost by size. A PDF page is about 4–8 credits to read on Sonnet, so a 10-page syllabus is about 40–80. You see each file's cost before you send it, and big files are split automatically.
- The meter is always on screen while you use the assistant: credits used, credits left, extra credits, and the reset date. It warns you at 75% and 90%, not just when you run out.

Payment is by Bit or bank transfer, whichever suits you. There's no card on file and nothing that charges you without asking.

The small print, in plain words
- Is School PM really free?
- Yes. Every planning feature — courses, tasks, the Gantt, the calendar, the course map, Google Calendar sync, reminders and backups — is free for every account, with no trial and no time limit. Only the AI assistant is paid.
- Why is the assistant paid when everything else is free?
- Because it's the one part with a running cost: every message is processed by Anthropic's Claude, which charges for each one. The plans pay for that, and credits keep each account within what its plan covers.
- What happens if I stop paying for the assistant?
- Only the assistant and the connection to your own Claude lock. Your boards, tasks and everything else keep working exactly as before, and nothing is deleted. Renew any time to switch them back on.
- What if I run out of credits?
- The meter warns you at 75% and 90%. When you run out you can add an extra pack straight away, or wait for the monthly reset. Nothing else is affected.
- Can I use my own Anthropic API key?
- Yes — that's the Your own key plan. The assistant runs on your key, Anthropic bills you directly for usage, and no credits are counted.
- What happens to the files I upload?
- They're sent to Anthropic so Claude can read them, deleted there when you remove them from the chat, and deleted automatically after 90 days at most. They're never used to train models. The privacy policy has the details.
- Can I use School PM from my own Claude?
- Yes, with any paid plan — Basic, Plus or Your own key. Open School PM in Claude's connector directory (claude.ai/directory/school-pm, or the Connect in Claude button in Settings), choose Connect and sign in. It then works on the web, on your computer and on your phone. In Claude Code, add it with one command. Claude then works on your boards on your own Claude account, and no credits are used. Settings → Connect Claude has the steps. It isn't available on a free account.
